ROADWAYS Proprietary Limited is Tasmania’s largest privately owned and operated specialist bituminous surfacing company. Established in January 1964, Roadways can supply asphalt (hotmix) anywhere in Tasmania from its production facilities located at Burnie and Bridgewater. Our two asphalt manufacturing facilities at Bridgewater and Burnie are capable of producing up to 110 tonnes per hour depending on the mix size. Both plants maintain bulk hot storage silos to ensure consistent supply and material quality.
